As a Principal Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a significant impact on the company's success. With your extensive experience in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will report directly to our Industrial Solutions North American Sales Director, and you’ll work in the United States (Houston, TX preferred) on a fully remote work schedule, plus 25% travel.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. By mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with adsorption fundamentals and alumina chemistry.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

WE VALUE:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferentially a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience with alumina-based catalyst products/chemistry
  • Understanding of adsorption/treating/purification applications in Midstream Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, and/or Petrochemical applications.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using SalesForce.Com (SFDC).

POSTING TIMELINE​

PAY EQUITY

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $180,000 - $270,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $180,000 - $270,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
