Job Description:
This role supports Marketing priorities in Consumer Banking via planning, prioritization, and project execution. The role is responsible for delivering customer experience that builds customer loyalty and engagement while driving business value and managing risk for the organization. Key responsibilities include developing business and/or customer experience strategies, performance updates, and optimization strategies. This role works closely with partners across the Acquisition Marketing and Consumer banking to align on goals, priorities, and continuous improvement opportunities across all servicing channels. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and implementation of marketing strategies, performance updates, and optimization strategies that support business goals.
- Drives continuous improvement through process discipline and innovation by partnering with business and technology partners to implement strategies & capabilities to minimize customer experience friction and reduce costs.
- Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improve key performance indicators within span of control.
- Creates comprehensive go-to-market strategies for key application features that drive the Acquisition business plan.
- Develops data-driven ad hoc evaluations and business cases for new opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelors' Degree in Marketing or Business, or related field
- 4+ years' experience in customer service
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years' experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- Master's Degree in Marketing or Business, or related field
- 6+ years' experience in customer service

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
