We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Consultant to lead complex client engagements, drive business transformation, and deliver high-impact solutions. As a senior leader within our consulting team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead multi-disciplinary project teams, and contribute to the firm’s growth through thought leadership, solution innovation, and relationship management.
This role combines deep domain expertise, strategic problem-solving, and delivery excellence, making it ideal for professionals with a consulting background and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Strategy:
Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping define and drive business and technology transformation.
Lead the development of engagement strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and strategic guidance.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and deliver additional value.
Project Delivery & Oversight:
Oversee end-to-end project execution, from discovery to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Ensure all solutions align with client goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
Develop and share intellectual capital through white papers, case studies, frameworks, and speaking engagements.
Contribute to practice development, including methodologies, templates, and service offerings.
Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and innovations relevant to client industries.
Business Development:
Support sales efforts by developing proposals, participating in RFP responses, and leading solution presentations.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience managing large-scale, high-impact consulting engagements.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes.
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience in one or more of the following: digital transformation, IT strategy, change management, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, or data strategy.
Tools & Technologies (As Applicable):
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
Familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, GCP)
Comfort with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams)
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry roles
Demonstrated success leading complex projects and client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 84,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 294,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
