We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18000+ experts across 29 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a true net-new SAP Cloud ERP hunter — a sales professional who lives for opening doors, creating demand, and closing new customer logos for SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) and RISE with SAP.

This role is not account farming. Success is defined by net-new pipeline creation, net-new customers, and closed revenue in competitive, cloud-first ERP buying cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Net-New Business Development

  • Own net-new logo acquisition for SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) and RISE with SAP
  • Proactively generate opportunities via:
    • Cold outreach and targeted prospecting
    • Executive networking
    • SAP and hyperscaler co-sell motions
  • Build a greenfield pipeline from zero to close

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers:
    • Qualification and discovery
    • Deal strategy and competitive positioning
    • Scoping and solution alignment
    • Proposal and commercial models
    • Negotiation and closing
  • Navigate competitive landscapes (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.)

Value & Cloud-First Selling

  • Position SAP Cloud ERP as a business platform, not an IT system
  • Communicate:
    • Business transformation value
    • Cloud economics (ROI, TCO, speed, scalability)
    • Standardization and clean-core benefits
  • Drive urgency and executive alignment in buying organizations

Ecosystem & Co-Sell

  • Work closely with:
    • SAP Cloud ERP & RISE field teams
    • Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Alliance partners and marketplace programs
  • Leverage incentives, credits, and co-funded GTM motions

Revenue & Performance

  • Consistently achieve aggressive net-new revenue and logo targets
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
  • Measure success by:
    • New logos won
    • Net-new pipeline created
    • Closed Cloud ERP revenue

Target Industries

  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
  • Professional Services
  • Public Sector (where applicable)

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven success as a net-new ERP
  • Hands-on experience selling:
    • SAP Cloud ERP / S/4HANA Public Cloud or
    • Comparable cloud ERP platforms with SAP exposure
  • Demonstrated wins against competitors like:
    • Oracle NetSuite
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Workday
    • Infor

Sales DNA

  • Relentless hunter mentality — self-driven, resilient, fearless
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and deal-shaping skills
  • Executive-level selling capability
  • Comfortable working without existing accounts or inherited pipeline

Personal Profile

  • High energy, competitive, outcome-oriented
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-growth environments
  • “Street smart” — knows how to win real deals, not just pitch decks
