The Principal Consultant is a senior, client‑facing leader responsible for shaping strategy, delivering Copilot and related engagements, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This role blends deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, and business acumen to drive outcomes for clients and growth for the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex IT services and consulting engagements from strategy through execution, focused on Copilot
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, translating business objectives into technology solutions
  • Provide technical and architectural leadership across Business Analysis, Data Security, User Empowerment, Agents & Integrations, and ROI & Governance.
  • Own solution design, delivery quality, and overall client satisfaction
  • Mentor consultants and contribute to capability development and delivery standards
  • Support pre‑sales activities including solution shaping, estimates, and executive presentations
  • Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and partner alignment with Microsoft

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, technology consulting, or closely related professional services roles
  • Proven experience leading large or complex client engagements
  • Strong background in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365, Security, Data & AI); especially Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior business and technical stakeholders of large enterprises
  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, client‑driven environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Copilot certs, and Modern Work)
  • Experience working across multiple geographies or with distributed teams
  • Background in industry verticals such as enterprise, mid‑market, and regulated industries
