The Principal Engineer develops and analyzes software solutions, manages projects, trains users, and ensures code quality and compliance with best practices.
Develop, edit and analyze digital platforms, software applications, systems integration, cloud services, databases, reporting, or business analytics to support corporate business objectives. Solve complex technical problems and guide team in the implementation of full solutions built on different platforms and technologies requiring front-end, back-end (APIs), database and DevSecOps development. Understand the products and their interactions to design complex solutions and plan for how new products/features fit into the larger ecosystem.

Essential Responsibilities
- Proposes software solutions during design and development for complex and critical business processes
- Deliver and design new technologies and prototype initiatives for web and mobile platforms
- Determine the cost of new and modified systems and engage in the proposal process
- Train users on policies, procedures, and standards to ensure development
- Communicate with other team members on the execution, design, requirements, feature set, functionality, and limitations of systems/applications
- Define code quality metrics to measure the team's performance and ensure its following Software Development and Security best practices
- Execute automated tests using multiple systems, digital platforms, environments, or browsers before approving applications
- Report technical issues to development or product management teams and verifies fixes. Ensure technical design deliverable artifacts are present before development/build phases are initiated
- Develop engaging user applications and back-end service software across multiple devices
- Design and development of APIs on API Gateway with appropriate policies to govern API access
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related
- Preferred - Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related
- Minimum - 10 Years Cloud Technologies, guide projects or related

- 12 Years Cloud Technologies, guide projects or related
License/Certifications/Training
- Preferred: Certified Azure or AWS Developer and/or Solutions Architect
