About the Team:

The Marketing Analytics team is at the heart of our data-driven marketing strategy. We are a group of passionate analysts and data storytellers who partner with all areas of the marketing and sales development to uncover insights, measure performance, and guide strategic decisions.

About the Role:
As a Principal Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies through advanced data analysis and insights. Transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business growth.You will be responsible for a wide range of analytical tasks, from creating foundational data tables to developing models that forecast performance and identify new opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only analyze data who can works as a standalone point of contact to core marketing team.

Who You Are:
  • You have 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role.
  • A master of data visualization with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports created in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • You possess hands-on experience creating and managing data tables using SQL and have a solid understanding of data warehousing principles. You are experienced in handling key Demand Generation data sets from platforms such as GA4, DemandBase, Marketo, Outreach
  • You are leveraging AI to build agents, models and automate analytical workflows.
  • A strategic and curious thinker with a proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems, identify new data opportunities, and drive analytical projects from conception to completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and build compelling data visualizations and dashboards to translate complex findings into actionable insights for the marketing team and executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain data tables and reporting structures to ensure accurate and timely measurement of marketing campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Incorporate AI into your weekly workflows to automate analyses, enhance predictive capabilities, and uncover deeper insights.
  • Think strategically to identify and source new datasets, both internal and external, to enrich our understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses on new and changing organizational needs, providing data-driven recommendations to guide marketing strategy and investment.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range
$116,000$140,000 USD
