What You'll Do:
The position will assist the Managing Director, Organizational Transformation in the implementation of a business strategy and transformation of the organization, calibrating execution to risk and ensuring consistency in project execution. This individual will be responsible for initiatives related to the Renaissance program, organizational transformation, and business management.
Interested applicants must have demonstrated experience with the Software Delivery Lifecycle, especially testing methodologies and associated best practices and exposure to Agile methodologies. Preference for invididuals with experience with test Management tools like SpiraTest, Jira Zephyr or ALM
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
Represents MD in meetings, emails and phone calls with internal stakeholders
Supports MD in meetings and takes responsibility for completion of action items
Ensures timely and effective completion of initiatives of the MD
Manages the MDs calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule
Acts as the liaison between MD and other executives, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
Participates with the senior management team in strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making
Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively understand and communicate the business rationale behind programs and initiatives, creating alignment and facilitating clear communication lines for status and scope updates for each project and the entire portfolio
Establish clear and achievable objectives, balance competing demands for quality, scope, time and cost, and adapt specifications, plans and approaches to the different concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders
Execute against existing project delivery policies, processes, and procedures that support efficient and effective project full-lifecycle delivery while maintaining adherence to internal project management standards.
Lead ideation of process improvement ideas; define business cases and determine quantifiable impact/benefit of desired enhancements or issues to support prioritization of work efforts
Make recommendations for process improvements across the company, and implement them through the delivery process if approved
Ensure that open audit and regulatory items have been resolved with excellence in timely manner
Lead the execution of special projects as assigned by Senior Management
Manage projects and programs within the department budget and adhere to department goals and objectives
Provide mentoring to staff, while remaining well-informed of projects and staying abreast of industry best practices.
Oversee remediation efforts related to findings and observations in areas of responsibility. Ensure remediation addresses root cause, improves OCC’s residual risk and is completed in a timely manner

Technical Skills:

[Required] Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
[Preferred] Strong experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint (or similar PPM tool)
[Preferred] Experience with Test Management tools like SpiraTest, Jira Zephyr or ALM
Education and/or Experience:
[Required] 8-10+ years of experience in technology, project management or business management role
Certificates or Licenses:
[Preferred] PMP and/or BPM Certification
[Preferred] ITIL, Agile, or Scrum experience/certification

Compensation
- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.

- All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.
Salary Range
$158,100.00 - $216,300.00Incentive Range
23% to 30%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
