We believe talent knows no borders, and we’ve built the platform that proves it. Our world-class EOR, COR and Global Payroll products are helping businesses around the world seize the global hiring opportunity – from sales to fintech, small size to enterprise.

We’re backed by renowned investors (Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global), are led by industry-leading experts, scaling fast, and seeking brilliant like-minded enthusiasts to join our global team.

The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.

What you will be doing:

Your mission will be to make compliance a foundational differentiator for Multiplier, leading the evolution of our compliance platform to turn complex and ever-changing employment regulations into scalable, automated systems that power global hiring. This work will define how compliance information flows through the product, ensuring every contract, rule, and workflow is accurate by design.

You will:

  • Own the compliance rules, data structures, and logic governing the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contract generation to entitlements, compensation, benefits, time and attendance, payroll execution, and offboarding.

  • Ensure EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products remain compliant across 150+ jurisdictions.

  • Build for automation, reliability, and speed so that updates to local laws are reflected across the platform with minimal friction.

  • Partner with Legal and Operations to transform manual, error-prone processes into auditable, self-serve workflows.

  • Create a system where compliance becomes invisible for customers while remaining a core foundation of how Multiplier operates and grows.

What are we looking for :

  • A builder at the core. You find clarity through action and care deeply about creating exceptional product experiences that scale.

  • A product leader with 7 or more years of experience delivering complex and high-impact platforms in regulated or data-heavy domains.

  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, translating complex rules and regulations into intuitive products customers trust and love.

  • Strong technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineering to design scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.

  • Skilled collaborator who works seamlessly with legal, engineering, and operations to align strategy and execution.

  • Clear communicator who drives alignment, resolves ambiguity, and builds confidence across teams.

  • Relentless ambition and focus on measurable impact, with a drive to elevate both the product experience and the business.

Why Multiplier:

  • Energetic & extremely collaborative team.

  • Flexible vacation.

  • Flexible work times.

  • Work from anywhere.

  • Equipment you need to do your job

  • Health Insurance

  • Attractive ESOPs

Equal Employment Opportunity:

Multiplier is an equal opportunity employer: We value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Please note that this job description is a general overview and responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and adapts to changing market conditions
