Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for dose management and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, service, and commercial teams to deliver compliant and impactful product releases.

  • Customer Engagement: Ensure customer focus by building strong relationships and embedding the voice of the customer in all aspects of product design, development, and delivery.

  • Market Insight & Strategic Direction: Identify key market and industry trends, evaluate innovative partners, and provide strategic direction focused on clinical and business value.

  • Use Case Prioritization & Requirements Definition: Partner with cross-modality stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases and translate them into meaningful, actionable product requirements.

  • Stake-holder management: Work closely with senior leadership, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and improve customer outcomes.

  • Operational Readiness & Adoption: Partner with regional teams to ensure service operations and digital adoption readiness for successful product deployment.

  • Customer Success & Performance Tracking:
    Track and measure customer success and product performance using outcome-based metrics and subscription KPIs such as adoption, retention, renewal, and churn rates.

  • Business Model Innovation: Define and own business cases with regional and channel partners, and evolve business models to support the shift to digital healthcare and subscription-based offerings.

  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy: Enable the transition to a software subscription model by setting pricing strategies that optimize adoption, competitiveness, and profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 9 years of industry experience, 5 years of product management experience

  • Strong understanding of Radiology, imaging operations and workflows, dose monitoring and safety

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, data, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and care protocols

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the development process for complex software products.

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA or related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

  • Experience leading and/or managing efforts in a distributed systems environment

  • Hands-on experience building cloud-scale applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
