This role leads the Identity & Analytics Solutions portfolio within the Specialized Risk Group (SRG), transforming TransUnion’s data assets into actionable insights across healthcare, fraud, hygiene, and contact‑center use cases while also managing the application layer of our identity stack. You will operate as a Director‑level individual contributor with general‑manager‑like responsibility across strategy, analytics, execution, and commercialization. You will define multi‑year vision, guide Data Science, conduct hands‑on analytical evaluations, and influence senior leaders across multiple functions to develop new solutions, deliver adoption, revenue, and customer impact across your solution line.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing data science driven product management preferably in the identity space
  • 10–12+ years of experience across product management, data science, analytics, or consulting, with demonstrated impact in data‑driven solution development.
  • Deep expertise in hypothesis‑driven analysis and transforming data assets into scalable models, scores, or insights.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum); hands‑on experience with Jira/Rally; familiarity with Confluence.
  • Proven ability to define multi‑horizon strategy, translate customer problems into data‑driven solutions, and drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving customer problems through new features and solutions
  • Experience identifying industry problems, leading multi-horizon product strategy development, translating into actionable roadmaps, products, stories and outcomes including accelerated revenue growth
  • Proven ability to identify new market opportunities, translate them into actionable strategies, and drive revenue growth
  • Strong communicator with experience influencing and collaborating across levels and functions

Impact You'll Make:

  • Own the end‑to‑end strategy for SRG’s nascent analytics product portfolio, including multi‑horizon product vision, prioritization, investment recommendations, and long‑range planning
  • Serve as the decision maker for roadmap tradeoffs and portfolio prioritization, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and financial outcomes
  • Build and communicate clear business cases for investment; advocate for funding and resource allocation with senior leadership
  • Lead product hypotheses development and testing with Data Science, using internal and client data to validate improvements and quantify measurable impact.
  • Design, Prioritize and manage the development of new analytical products
  • Oversee commercialization: coordinate go‑to‑market, pricing recommendations, packaging, and launch readiness in partnership with Marketing and Sales
  • Represent Product in Agile ceremonies; shape PI objectives and ensure alignment across Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams
  • Capture and synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC); apply design‑thinking principles to inform roadmap decisions and solution design
  • Monitor product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape; identify gaps and opportunities for growth or optimization
  • Provide mentorship and informal leadership to PMs, analysts, and DS partners; lead cross‑functional reviews, forums, and decision‑making sessions

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
