Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
This role supports technical operation process within the Self-care portfolio by:
- Ensuring manufacturing processes are robust, compliant, well-characterized, validated, capable, and cost-effective throughout the product lifecycle.
- Executing key process science activities, including technology transfer, process characterization, process validation, cleaning validation, and EM Site Hyper Care support.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and Global MS&T to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Supporting new product development and commercialization, product lifecycle management, and technical knowledge management.
- Participating in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, quality improvement, compliance remediation, revenue growth, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, regulatory, data integrity, and training requirements while promoting a Right First Time and continuous improvement culture
