In this role, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to help strengthen sourcing programs and deliver measurable value. You will support supplier selection processes, contract development, market analysis, and program implementation – contributing to sourcing strategies that leverage Prologis’ scale and strengthen commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and negotiation preparation.
  • Support execution of sourcing projects by gathering stakeholder requirements, coordinating RFP activities, analyzing proposals, and assisting with supplier selection processes.
  • Assist in negotiating commercial terms and preparing contract documentation in partnership with senior procurement leadership.
  • Support the development and improvement of programs with strategic suppliers to help aggregate spend, standardize specifications, and improve service levels, and increase compliance.
  • Monitor market trends including cost drivers, supplier health, supply chain risks (e.g., geopolitical, environmental, financial, regulatory), currency impacts, and sustainability considerations.
  • Track program performance, savings initiatives, and supplier metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Procurement, supporting process standardization and spend management initiatives.
  • Travel as needed (approximately 10-20% domestically) to support business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field)
  • Experience supporting sourcing initiatives within construction, roofing systems, or CapEx-related categories.
  • Exposure to process improvement or Lean principles.

Hiring Salary Range of: $79,000 - $125,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
