Job Description

Overview:

The Procurement Governance Specialist will support global Procurement process and governance activities. This individual will help implement and execute best-in-class governance solutions by applying their knowledge of governance standards and procurement experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the consolidation of Global Supply Chain and Procurement operations across Motorola Solutions and acquired businesses.

  • Support the establishment and improvement of Global Procurement policies.

  • Drive integrated processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Trade, Logistics, Government Affairs, Legal, Procurement, Quality, and Training.

  • Support the establishment of procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics.

  • Aid in determining the best method to store and centralize all Procurement policies and procedures.

Target Base Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, finance or a similar business field
  • 4+ years of procurement, supply chain or similar business experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required/ Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
