In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.
How you will contribute
You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

Este rol es crucial para la compra directa de ingredientes y materias primas (RAW Materials), la gestión de proveedores, la negociación estratégica y la resolución de problemas complejos. Serás responsable de la creación y ejecución de Planes de Continuidad del Negocio (BCP), asegurando la disponibilidad y calidad de los materiales clave para nuestra industria alimenticia.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Gestionar la compra directa de ingredientes y materias primas, siendo el contacto principal con proveedores.
- Desarrollar y mantener Planes de Continuidad del Negocio (BCP) (Plan A, B, C) para asegurar el suministro.
- Liderar negociaciones complejas, gestionar escalaciones y resolver problemas de cadena de suministro.
- Analizar el mercado de materias primas y optimizar costos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con Logística y otros stakeholders internos.
Cualificaciones:
- Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 4 años en compras de materias primas, indispensable en la industria alimenticia.
- Logística: Experiencia sólida en el área.
- Habilidades Clave: Negociación, resolución de problemas, gestión de BCP, manejo de escalaciones.
- Herramientas: Dominio de ERP (SAP) y herramientas de análisis como SQL, Power BI, Sievo, Tableau.
- Metodologías: Conocimiento en Lean Six Sigma.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
- Habilidades Blandas: Excelente comunicación, manejo de stakeholders, sentido de urgencia y trabajo bajo presión.
