- Lead the end-to-end delivery of sourcing initiatives and procurement programs across categories
- Manage client relationships and serve as the key point of contact for sourcing delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals, ensuring productivity and delivery quality
- Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs, providing regular updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with sourcing directors to ensure seamless execution of sourcing projects
- Managed end-to-end sourcing cycle, understand business needs, perform vendor research to identify potential participants to getting the contract signed
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and gather market intelligence to support decision-making

Lead supplier selection and qualification processes, including issuing RFIs, RFPs, and conducting supplier evaluations and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the sourcing strategy meets their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships and address any issues or disputes that may arise
- Liaising with business stakeholders, procurement team and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completions of tasks and activities (related to RFx events, NDA management and contracting)
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
- Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and best practices across engagements
- Monitor and improve cycle times, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide hands-on support and guidance in complex sourcing and contracting situations
- Lead governance meetings, program reviews, and issue resolution processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years’ experience, experienced in working in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement best practices, and supplier management
- Experience in global delivery and managing cross-functional teams
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale sourcing or procurement transformation programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification will be a plus

Salary Range: $90k-$130k
