About the Job:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Producer to join our U.S. (New York/Chicago based) Creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the production of live events and consumer activations, the fabrication of branded limited-time-offer items, and the development of static, video, or digital content. You’ll be asked to manage (and stretch) budgets, develop timelines and production approaches, and will be seen as the subject matter expert for bringing creative ideas to life.

This producer will support a variety of brands across a wide spectrum of verticals, delivering work that spans PR, employee engagement, marketing, advertising, and usually a blend. As a key member of a growing team, you’ll be leading multiple projects simultaneously and will be expected to deliver those projects on time and on budget.

While most events and productions will take place in the Chicago area, occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required.

About You:

You are a solutions-oriented thinker who thrives under pressure. You are resourceful, so no matter what the ask is, you always find a way — whether that's phoning a friend, getting the right introduction, assembling a prototype, thinking outside the box, or being the most ingenious Googler you know.

Some of the key skills and traits that we’re looking for in a candidate are:

  • An insatiable desire to make stuff
  • 3+ years of experience as a creative agency producer or at an event production company
  • Extensive portfolio of great creative work showcasing breadth, but highlighting live events and experiential marketing
  • Existing relationships with event, print, and/or content production partners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategic and cost-effective solutions to challenging projects
  • Social skills to work well with others, the patience to educate, and the willingness to collaborate
  • A positive attitude in the face of adversity that rubs off on your teammates
  • Dexterity to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Pride and ownership in the work product that you put out
