Producer

Eidra, a Nordic consulting collective, is expanding Kurppa Hosk Studios into the US market. We’re looking for an experienced Producer with post production experience to join our team in Chicago—someone sharp, detail-loving, and ready to help us create world-class marketing and communication assets for clients across gaming and tech.

In this role you’ll work closely with a talented team of 3D artists, motion designers, video editors, and designers in both North America and Stockholm. You’ll also collaborate directly with the client team in North America, keeping everything moving smoothly and confidently under tight deadlines.

This role is based in Chicago (with a commitment of 3 days onsite). As part of Eidra’s expanding U.S. footprint, you’ll help establish our reputation for engineering excellence, strategy, and delivery in the American market. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Keep projects on track, from first briefing to final delivery.

• Lead and inspire creative teams where many are working remotely.

• Ensure stellar work is delivered on time.

• Manage schedules and resources with precision.

• Anticipate challenges, solve problems before they grow, and keep everyone aligned.

• Act as the bridge between internal teams and the client, making sure communication is clear, respectful, and productive.

• At least 5 years of experience managing creative post-production projects, preferably within the gaming and tech industry.

• A love for details, organization, and problem-solving.

• Strong people skills — you know how to motivate, support, and guide teams.

• Proficiency in project management systems such as ClickUp or Monday.com

• A proven ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.

Salary range: 100,000 - 150,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
