What You'll do
Product Marketing
- Develop and maintain clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning for our consumer data products.
- Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps, new features, and market differentiation.
- Support launch planning and execution for new products, features, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, and FAQs, and assist with product one-pagers and other collateral
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to identify enablement gaps and improve sales effectiveness.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay informed on trends in consumer data, location data, tracking, privacy, and the data technology landscape.
Customer Marketing
- In coordination with Director of Product Marketing, plan and execute customer marketing activities across product lines, such as cross-sell/upsell campaigns and other customer communications
- Support creation of customer stories that illustrate the value of our solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Facilitate consistent messaging across external marketing channels, sales communications, and internal documentation.
- Work closely with our content team to give them the material they need to create great content and collateral and support broader marketing initiatives such as campaigns, content, events, and thought leadership.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally within a data, SaaS, or technology-led business.
- An understanding of AI in products, and its use in the workplace.
- Proven experience creating marketing campaigns, with experience in customer marketing campaigns preferred.
- Experience working with data-led or insight-driven products is highly desirable.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Submission of writing samples encouraged.
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales cycles and buyer journeys.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer data, audience data, martech, adtech, or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exposure to data privacy or regulatory considerations in consumer data.
