As a Product Data Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Personal Creations Merchandise Operations Team in meeting departmental and company objectives. Responsible for all administrative details of the product setup process and acts as a liaison between departments and other cross-functional areas in the company to ensure all timelines are met.

Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with projects as designated by the Merchandising Operations Manager and any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Item set-up for Seasonal and One-Off Builds (Working in PLM, WMS, PA Admin and JIRA).
  • Review and proof final product build details and review all fields for accuracy. Coordinate product build handoffs across channels (PC, PC-UK, FPG, Amazon).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Merchandising and Sourcing to ensure that new and existing product information is set up timely and accurately in preparation for site live.
  • Support Planning, Operations and Product Implementation Team (PIT) on builds and problem solve for any missing information.
  • Work closely with other members of the Merchandise Operations team to assist with product set up and product maintenance for multiple brands.   
  • Set up products in the ecommerce platform within the timeframes required by the business. Prioritize multiple and competing requests to deliver the optimal result for the business.
  • Maintain data integrity in all systems including PLM, Trello and Backoffice
  • Maintain product details (pricing, copy, images, personalization, etc.) and process all changes within the agreed upon timelines. 
  • Consistently and regularly audit product set up to ensure products are delivered correctly.  Problem solve product issues and resolve quickly. 
  • Approach the role with an attitude of strong service/support with business partners.  Collaborate with team members to support other brands and team initiatives as needed, especially over peak periods.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Merchandising, or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date of May 2026.
  • Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

Benefits

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00 an hour.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
  • Position requires regular sitting and standing and walking.
  • Position requires regular interaction with team members through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email.
  • This is a hybrid position. Candidates are expected in the office M, T & Th with optional work from home days Wednesday & Friday.
