We're looking for a driven Product Design Intern based in Chicago, to join us this summer. As a Product Design intern, you’ll be in the trenches with our product, engineering, and design teams, tackling complex enterprise challenges. From day one, you'll get hands-on experience driving continuous discovery, owning the design process, and defining the user experience for AI within our platform. If you’re ready to dive deep into user research, shape our design system, and build solutions that simplify compliance for modern businesses, we want you on our team.

How you’ll spend your time:

Objectives
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to design a solution that our customers will use once shipped!
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, our internal stakeholders, and other data sources to inform design and prioritization decisions.
  • Advocate for all users, both internal and external. Participate in research and documentation of learnings that lead to better understanding of our users’ needs and workflows.
  • Define and refine solutions through a variety of methods: user flows, wireframes, high–fidelity mock–ups, and prototypes (as needed).
  • Contribute to our growing design system of UI components.
  • Be responsible for providing Engineers with any assets or resources needed during development, UAT, and launch.

We get excited about you if you:

  • Are working towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design (or Design-related discipline) with a graduation in 2026 or 2027 or recently graduated from a Design Bootcamp.
  • Embrace problem-solving with empathy, combined with knowledge of user experience best practices, technical feasibility, and business logic.
  • You are driven by the needs of our users balanced by the goals of business when planning and executing projects.
  • Are a strong communicator who thrives in open collaboration and teamwork.
  • Are enthusiastic about untangling complex, messy problems and turning them into simple, impactful solutions.
  • Have a love for learning, a deep curiosity about user behavior, and a strong interest in emerging AI technologies.
  • Have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help back up your product intuition with data.
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a keen eye for detail.
