As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and impactful user experiences for our industry-leading Connected Worker Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver design solutions that will delight our customers. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual aesthetics will play a vital role in shaping the future of our product and driving customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Craft Excellence

  • Own end-to-end product experiences across multiple product areas, from discovery through delivery.
  • Apply strong user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design aesthetics to enterprise workflows and users.
  • Apply design patterns appropriately and articulate rationale behind your design decisions.
  • Use visual design to craft interfaces that are both efficient to use and visually refined while adhering to our design system.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and improve outcomes.

Systems Thinking

  • Balance long-term system thinking with the fast-paced needs of product delivery.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices.
  • Design for real-world constraints, including accessibility and frontline usage.
  • Leverage modern and AI-assisted tools to improve speed, quality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Help shape the design vision and promote a strong user-centered design culture across the organization.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to provide the best solution for our customers.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Connect design work to business outcomes and product metrics.
  • Collaborate with other designers and give constructive design feedback to team members.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback actively and participate in critiques to improve both your own work and the team’s.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer in the B2B, SaaS, or the enterprise software industry.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to ship successful products on web and/or mobile.
  • Experience working with and simplifying complex product architecture or workflows.
  • Solid foundation in interaction design and visual design.
  • Coachability and a genuine interest in how design impacts businesses.
  • Proficiency in Figma’s design tooling: components, variants, auto layout, etc.
  • Experience with research and AI tooling such as Figma Make, Lyssna, etc.
  • Proficiency in designing with Material UI or other design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design aesthetics for enterprise users.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component-based design principles in an enterprise context.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and limitations to ensure design feasibility and efficient collaboration with engineers.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering outstanding user experiences tailored to enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including bonus, equity, and OTE (on target earnings.)
