Who We Are

At Robyn AI, we’re on a mission to build a more emotionally connected world. We believe in creating products that transform the way people connect and engage. We are backed by elite investors, including M13, Lars Rasmussen (cofounder of Google Maps), Bill Tai (seed investor in Zoom and Canva), and Christian Szegedy (cofounder of X.ai), with $5.5M raised to date.

Every decision we make is rooted in delighting users, fostering deep relationships, and making an impact that lasts. We move fast, operate with radical candor, and push for excellence. If you thrive in a high-stakes, high-velocity startup where you can shape the future of AI-driven experiences, this is your chance to build something groundbreaking.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Growth Analyst who’s fluent in Gen Z culture and obsessed with what makes a product stick. You’ll blend analytics, product insight, and creative experimentation to help Robyn grow, retain, and delight our user base.

This is not just a numbers role — it’s about storytelling through data, finding patterns in chaos, and helping the team move fast with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Analytics Infrastructure: Set up and maintain Posthog, Firebase, and dashboards that track retention, activation, token usage, and paywall conversion.

  • Drive Feedback Loops: Talk to users, analyze in-app responses, automate surveys, and turn qualitative sentiment into clear product recommendations.

  • Build Growth Loops: Identify and test shareable moments, referral triggers, and viral mechanics. Run experiments across onboarding, upsells, and monetization.

  • Surface Feature Insights: Dig into what features drive daily return and emotional resonance — then propose smart, scrappy experiments to double down on them.

What You Bring
  • 1–3 years in a growth, analytics, or product-facing role

  • Strong with tools like Posthog, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar

  • You think in loops — always asking what drives growth, what breaks it, and how to fix it

  • Excellent communicator who can turn insight into narrative, action, and team alignment

  • Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, culture, and what makes apps feel personal

  • Understanding of consumer apps at a gut level - from TikTok to Duolingo

  • Naturally curious, fast-moving, and excited to make your mark early

Bonus Points
  • Familiar with SQL or Python

  • Previous startup experience, especially pre–Product Market Fit

Why Robyn?
  • Mission-driven → We’re building an enduring company that transforms the way people connect.

  • Extreme ownership → Every team member is empowered to build, contribute, and win.

  • Fast execution → We believe in experimentation over pontification — if something isn’t working, we fix it fast.

  • A culture of excellence → High standards, radical candor, and no egos — just great work.

If you’re excited about designing emotionally intelligent AI experiences that people feel—not just use—we’d love to hear from you.
