The Product & Integration Strategy Lead is responsible for aligning our entire product portfolio—legacy platforms, modern applications, and emerging capabilities—into coherent, scalable, and supportable solutions. This role bridges product strategy, integration design, and enterprise-wide solution standards, ensuring teams across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services deliver consistent, high-quality solutions to clients. The Lead owns the evaluation of new products and services, determines how they integrate with our existing ecosystem, and creates solution patterns that improve scalability, adoption, and the client experience.

The Position:

The Product & Integration Strategy Lead is responsible for aligning our entire product portfolio—legacy platforms, modern applications, and emerging capabilities—into coherent, scalable, and supportable solutions. This role bridges product strategy, integration design, and enterprise-wide solution standards, ensuring teams across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services deliver consistent, high-quality solutions to clients. The Lead owns the evaluation of new products and services, determines how they integrate with our existing ecosystem, and creates solution patterns that improve scalability, adoption, and the client experience.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise-level viewpoints and solution models across the entire product suite.
  • Identify how new products, especially AI-enabled that fit into and enhance our ecosystem.
  •  Influence product roadmaps by highlighting integration opportunities, gaps, and risks.
  • Maintain an understanding of all products and how they interoperate.
  • Define and document integration patterns, standards, and reusable solution frameworks.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to validate architecture and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Review, guide, and approve solution designs for complex or strategic implementations.
  • Establish guardrails that reduce rework, escalations, and technical debt.
  • Collaborate closely with PS/CS Teams
  • Support internal teams adopting new products, ensuring clarity on how they connect to existing solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and services for inclusion in product strategy.
  • Develop internal enablement materials, reference designs, and integration playbooks.
  • Inspire commitment and motivate the team to work effectively together.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in agriculture, commodity origination, or supply-chain software.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level solutions across multiple integrated products.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to translate business workflows into solution patterns and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data products, or emerging digital ecosystems.
  • Background in enterprise product strategy, systems integration, or solution governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks expediently and efficiently in the face of daily distractions.
  • Be able to balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently effectively.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.
  • Remote-based position.
