Job Overview

Join our Product Management team as a Product Manager Intern, focusing on driving improvements in reporting and automation within the Processing and Data Enrichment domain of our SaaS platform, RelativityOne. This internship centers on enhancing clarity, efficiency, and defensibility in deduplication and data migration reporting.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager Intern will focus on enhancing and automating deduplication and data migration reporting within RelativityOne’s Processing domain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct customer interviews to uncover pain points and inefficiencies in current deduplication and data migration reporting processes.

  • Research and define requirements for a comprehensive, defensible Deduplication and Data Migration Report tailored for different geographies, ensuring robust chain-of-custody tracking.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to consolidate critical data fields (e.g., File ID, unified title, dedupe status) into a unified deduplication report.

  • Propose design to consolidate fragmented processing reports into a single, standardized, ready-to-use report that provides a clear overview of the file lifecycle, including detailed counts and statuses for all key file events and attributes (such as custodian, containers, corrupted files, deletions, exclusions, discovered files, duplicates, publishing errors, and more).

  • Propose solutions to flag and tag duplicates as they move to review, validating and defending each step of the file lifecycle to reduce manual workarounds.

  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams for alignment and action.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent work experience.

  • Preferred- Prior internship experience in Product Management, or a solid understanding of the product management discipline.

  • Preferred - Familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Highly motivated, with a focus on execution and quality.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Why Join Relativity?

  • Work on impactful projects that drive innovation in legal technology.

  • Collaborate with talented teams across engineering, design, and product management.

  • Gain hands-on experience in SaaS product development and reporting automation.

  • Develop skills in customer research, requirements, gathering, and cross-functional communication.
