The Product Manager is responsible for managing specific components of the HomeServices Technology Platform under the guidance of the Group Product Manager. This role focuses on executing the product vision, driving feature development, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

- Product Management & Execution
- Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable product plans.
- Manage the product backlog for assigned features or modules; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Conduct discovery activities to gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Track and report on product performance metrics; recommend enhancements based on data insights.
- Analyze and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates and overall product performance.
- Customer & Market Focus
- Advocate for the voice of the customer by conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
- Work closely with internal business units to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to clarify requirements, support implementation, and resolve issues.
- Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates on product progress, timelines, and risks to the Group Product Manager and other stakeholders.
- Document product requirements and maintain clear communication across teams.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Experience with prototyping and A/B testing preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Figma is preferred.
Wage: $96,000 - $130,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
