Location: Remote, US

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About Us

Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse with 2,400 employees and more than 70,000 customers across 100 countries. We transform the way customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made. Our end-to-end software solutions connect professional designers, retailers, and manufacturers to the world’s largest repository of product content.

With over 30 years of industry expertise and a growing portfolio across Kitchen & Bath, Flooring, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door industries, Cyncly delivers scalable, cloud-based solutions that help customers succeed in a digital-first world. Backed by leading technology-focused private equity firms, we are continuing an exciting phase of organic growth and strategic acquisitions worldwide.

The Role

As a Product Manager within Cyncly Websites, you will own and evolve the digital storefront experiences that help Cyncly customers attract, engage, and convert consumers. These websites are a critical connection point between consumers researching projects and the experts, retailers, and designers who bring those projects to life.

You will be responsible for shaping product strategy and execution for web-based, consumer-facing and customer-facing capabilities that drive lead generation, conversion, and meaningful connections between shoppers and professionals. This includes balancing the needs of end consumers, Cyncly customers, and internal business stakeholders.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and commercial teams across multiple regions, you will guide initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. You are passionate about digital experiences, data-driven decision making, and building scalable platforms that help customers grow their businesses in a digital-first world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer, consumer, and market needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and experimentation to validate problems and solutions.
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality, performance, and scalable web experiences.
  • Optimize the end-to-end consumer journey — from discovery and inspiration to lead submission and expert connection.
  • Balance the needs of multiple personas, including consumers, Cyncly customers, internal teams, and partners.
  • Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data (conversion rates, engagement metrics, funnel performance, etc.) to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches, positioning, and customer adoption.
  • Manage product delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.

What We Expect From You

  • 3+; years of experience as a Product Manager managing B2B SaaS products across their full lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful products used by diverse customer audiences and measured against meaningful KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and the ability to adapt processes to team and product needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience breaking complex problems into manageable, valuable increments and coordinating delivery across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence without direct authority.
  • A user-centric mindset combined with solid business acumen.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Familiarity with data formats and tools such as SQL, JSON, XML, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience building products in both startup and enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to industries such as home improvement, design software, or digital commerce.

Working for Us
