The Role 

The Product Manager, eCommerce will play a critical role in shaping the digital shopping experience across Green Thumb Industries (GTI) eCommerce platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and help shape GTI’s digital roadmap to drive innovation, engagement, and growth. As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, digital marketing, site merchandising, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-impact products. You’ll be the voice of the customer, using data and empathy to champion seamless, personalized, and delightful digital journeys as GTI continues to elevate its digital presence in the cannabis space.

This position can be performed remotely but you will be required to work during Central Time business hours. 

Responsibilities 
  • Maintain and execute an eCommerce product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer data and feedback, and resources availability  
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and postlaunch optimization, working with cross-functional teams  
  • Break down complex, nebulous concepts into clear, actionable Epics and User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria outlining key customer use cases and technical/business dependencies 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and engineering, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products  
  • Continuous monitoring of product feature performance. Identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience 
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in team’s functional area. Have the natural curiosity to ask inquisitive questions and uncover additional use cases and dependencies 
  • Stay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development
Qualifications  
  • BA/BS undergraduate degree required with experience in eCommerce retail or consumer facing industries is preferred but not required 
    • Cannabis industry experience a plus 
  • 5+ years of product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced startup like environment 
  • Experience managing products through the full life cycle: ideation, development, experimentation, launch and continuous optimization post-launch  
  • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience 
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and improving customer experience for eCommerce consumer products  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drives for simplicity and clarity, able to confidently present and influence executive management and stakeholders  
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, Figma, Contentful, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)  
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence

  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
