About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Fan Intelligence products, including data and identity platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product, data engineering, identity management, and customer outcomes. You will define the product strategy, craft roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the subject-matter expert to support sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set product vision & strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for the Fan Intelligence portfolio aligned with WMT Digital’s business goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive execution: Translate vision into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Engage with customers & partners: Build trusted relationships with partners and customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and shape strategy.
  • Requirements gathering: Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure products deliver value in-market.
  • Delivery management: Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams remain aligned and productive.
  • Data-driven decisions: Track feature adoption, collect feedback, and recommend improvements based on KPIs and user insights.
  • Market awareness: Stay current on trends in sports, music, and entertainment technology to inform backlog priorities and feature development.
  • Product expert: Provide sales teams with technical product support, data solution expertise, and lead technical demos for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 4 years in Product Management or Data Product roles within a technology SaaS company. Ideally in sports or music and entertainment.
  • Proven success in scaling products from vision to market adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern product development practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with customer-first orientation.
  • Experience building data platforms with a knowledge of either the sports or music and entertainment industry ecosystems preferred.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Comfortable working with sales, engineers, data teams, and enterprise clients.

Desired Technology Skills

  • Understanding of data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse.
  • Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) including data ingestion & normalization, master data records, building real-time and fixed customer segmentation. 
  • Knowledge of identity platforms including authentication and authorization concepts: OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC). 
  • Familiarity with privacy, consent, and data governance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA).
