Product Manager - HCM Core at a glance
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Tech, UX/Design, and Scrum Master/Project Manager, to deliver a world-class product that meets the needs of our stakeholders.

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the improvement of Workday and Service now, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Ensure the team understands the product vision and priorities.
  • Define and communicate success metrics to measure product outcomes and impact, in partnership with the Business.
  • Monitor and evaluate product success through KPIs and business performance metrics.
  • Drive alignment across tech, design, and business teams to ensure clarity and focus.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities in the backlog and act as final arbiter of trade-offs, such as scope adjustments and feature timing, in collaboration with other roles.

  • I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • I have experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
