We are seeking a strategic and impact-oriented Technology Product Manager to join our dynamic product organization. In this role, you will be responsible for technology products that serve the Integrated Services team – a cross functional team that supports several enterprise-wide functions including Insurance, Property Assurance, and Environmental. This group enabler our field teams to better serve their customers with insights, convenience, and speed.

You’ll work closely with business leaders to understand their service delivery goals and shape the roadmap and lifecycle investment planning for our products. You will also continually rationalize our product inventory and leverage our wider ecosystem and provide superior products that differentiate our market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with business leaders, understand their business model capabilities, and create product vision and road map

  • Communicate the product vision clearly and continually promote the product value with all levels of the business stakeholders

  • Build influence with stakeholders and nurture a trusted advisor-level relationship

  • Establish and manage demand intake, set prioritization with stakeholders and continually optimize product pipeline

  • Promote data-informed product decisioning and usage through user observation, analytics and AI for internal drives as well as external market and competitor research

  • Build and communicate metrics and KPIs to describe the performance and business value of products

  • Own the product lifecycle, through ideas, solution, deployment, continuous enablement and sunset; drive ruthless product support and cost efficiency to establish top value for the product estate

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality partnership and accountability

  • Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure, scalable technology products

  • Promote and practice security-by-design, ensuring the appropriate level of controls and protections are inherent in every product

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred fields include Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Information Technology

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology product management

  • Established experience of launching successful B2B or B2C products at scale.

  • Exceptional business partner engagement and enablement skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, plans, and outcomes in verbal and written formats

  • Proven experience in creating and managing product road maps

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage effectively with all types of technical and transformational teams

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Aha!).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

$140,000 - $160,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
