About Attain

In a world driven by data, we believe consumers and businesses can coexist. Our founders had a vision to empower consumers to leverage their greatest asset—their data—in exchange for modern financial services. Built with this vision in mind, our platform allows consumers to access savings tools, earned wages and rewards without cost or hidden fees. In exchange, they give permission to use their real-time data for research, insights and targeted advertising.

At Attain, your contribution will help us build a more equitable and efficient data sharing ecosystem, whether helping consumers access modern financial services or businesses leverage data to achieve better outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with hands-on leaders and mission-driven individuals every day.

About the Role

We're looking for a platform-minded Product Manager to own the UI and user experience of Attain's Measurement platform—the product our agency, advertiser, and publisher clients use to connect media exposure directly to real sales outcomes. This is a dual-impact role: you'll drive internal efficiency for the teams who configure and manage measurement workflows, while building external-facing platform experiences that make it easier for clients to access, interpret, and act on their measurement results.

You'll work at the intersection of data, design, and engineering to evolve the platform from setup through reporting—making in-flight measurement, incrementality, and attribution insights more accessible, actionable, and self-serve. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Product, Measurement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in startup environments, with at least 2+ years in Ad Tech
  • Demonstrated experience building or improving platform UIs: dashboards, self-serve workflows, reporting interfaces, or data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with measurement methodologies in Ad Tech (attribution, incrementality, in-flight optimization)
  • Experience working with data clean rooms and/or identity resolution
  • Strong instincts for translating complex data into intuitive user experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting product launches from concept through delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to engage cross-functionally across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and help shape the product roadmap for the Measurement platform UI, bringing a strong point of view on how to balance internal workflow efficiency with external client value
  • Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end platform experience: from campaign setup and data ingestion through to reporting, insights delivery, and self-serve client access
  • Partner closely with design and engineering to ship clear, intuitive interfaces that surface measurement results (incrementality metrics, sales lift, attribution) in ways clients can immediately act on
  • Work with the Sales and Client Success teams to identify friction points in the client journey and translate them into platform improvements
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to ensure measurement outputs integrate seamlessly with key platforms (The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Amazon, and others)
  • Define and track success metrics for platform features, using data to prioritize improvements and validate impact
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on platform health, roadmap progress, and client feedback
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Managers across Audiences, Insights, and Optimization to build a cohesive platform experience
At the End of Your First Year, You'll Have Helped Us
  • Ship meaningful platform UI improvements that reduce time-to-insight for clients and reduce internal operational overhead
  • Contributed to the launch of new self-serve capabilities that expand how agencies and advertisers access and interpret Attain's measurement products
  • Helped establish a feedback loop between client-facing teams and the platform roadmap, grounded in data-backed decisions
  • Collaborate across product groups to deliver a more unified, intuitive experience across the Attain platform
