Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Web3 products, with broad experience across the Web3 ecosystem including wallet infrastructure, DeFi protocols, DEX trading, market data, and on-chain interactions
- Lead product development end to end, from concept and planning to launch and continuous optimization
- Use strong Web3 product expertise to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and drive high-quality decisions in a fast-moving market
- Lead and manage a mid-sized product team, providing clear direction, prioritization, and coaching
- Establish effective product management processes to improve execution, alignment, and delivery quality
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insight gathering to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor product performance through data and user feedback, and continuously drive improvements
Requirements
- At least 10 years of product experience, with strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction lifecycle, payments, and DeFi
- Significant product management experience, with a strong track record as a senior product leader
- Solid hands-on experience in Web3 products, with deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction flows, and DeFi
- Proven experience leading and managing a mid-sized product team
- Demonstrated ability to own complex product areas and deliver products from strategy through launch
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent product judgment, strategic thinking, and execution ability, with a data-driven and user-focused mindset
- Preferred to be bilingual in Chinese and English to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for Web3, emerging technologies, and innovation
