About Stash

Stash is the direct-to-consumer commerce platform for game studios. We build the webshops, checkout experiences, and merchant-of-record infrastructure that let games sell directly to players—cutting the 30% app store tax and increasing LTV. Studios like SuperPlay, Rovio, Jagex, EA, and WB Games run their direct-to-player commerce on Stash, and we already process hundreds of millions of dollars a year in D2C revenue. We're scaling fast and building out our product team to match.

About the role

As our first dedicated Webshop Product Manager, you'll own the webshop product area end to end: custom webshops, partner integrations, real-time catalog, and loyalty. You'll work closely with engineering, growth, and our partners to deliver new capabilities while turning partner-specific needs into scalable product features that benefit our entire platform.

This is a high-agency, build-it-from-scratch role. There's no existing playbook—you'll help create one.

Location

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone in the United States or Canada, or in Europe.

Leveling

We're hiring Product Managers across multiple experience levels. The final title, scope, and compensation will be determined based on your experience, strengths, and interview performance.

What you'll do
  • Own and maintain the webshop roadmap, including prioritization, effort estimation, and impact sizing

  • Lead sprint planning and product execution alongside the engineering team

  • Deliver partner webshop launches on time

  • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, improvements, and bugs across partner webshops

  • Launch and iterate on our loyalty product to drive meaningful wallet-share gains

  • Make fast, high-quality product decisions to unblock engineering and partner launches

  • Establish scalable processes for scoping and planning new partner implementations

  • Partner with our Developer Experience team to shape the webshop SDK from a product perspective

  • Stay on top of industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of best-in-class webshop experiences

  • Within your first 90 days, take ownership of day-to-day execution for existing partners, independently scope webshop work, establish planning processes, and translate recurring partner requests into scalable product improvements

What we're looking for
  • Strong customer and partner orientation — you have a client-services instinct for working with large, demanding partners

  • Judgment on when to build bespoke for one partner vs. generalize into the core product

  • Speed and decisiveness, especially on partner-blocking decisions

  • Organized, structured execution across many concurrent partners and workstreams

  • Technical fluency to scope SDK, webshop, and integration work directly with engineers

  • Ability to navigate stakeholders with different incentives — partners, sales, and engineering

  • Strong written communication — scope docs, decision logs, partner-facing clarity

  • High agency and ownership; you're comfortable building structure where none exists

  • An obsession with product quality and a high bar for what "launched" means

Requirements
  • Experience owning customer-facing digital products from discovery through launch, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to use customer insights and data to inform product decisions

  • Experience improving user experiences or product flows that delivered measurable business or customer impact

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Why Stash?
  • Work on products used by some of the world's leading game studios

  • Own a core product area with significant autonomy and impact

  • Help shape the future of direct-to-consumer commerce in gaming

  • Join a lean, ambitious, and highly collaborative team building products at scale
