Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The role of the Product Manager is to work hand in hand with the Senior IT Product Manager, building relationships with the various teams, including but not limited to Legal Recruiting and Development, HR/Benefits, and Finance.
  • The role will work closely with mid - senior level management and general business users, to elicit, document and translate specifications on applications for the departments.
  • This individual will translate the specifications into functional and technical requirements, utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, working between the Custom Development and Packaged Solutions teams.
  • This position will operate as a business/practice IT driver primarily in the Human Resources application space, focusing on performance review systems
  • This individual will likely also play a key role in various business process automation efforts related to the HR/Finance applications
  • Thus, the applicant should have strong communication skills, verbal and written, be an active listener, possess excellent technical documentation skills and have experience in working with developers, architects and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with IT Product Management
  • Experience working on HR Technology (HCM, HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and/or Financial Systems
  • Professional services experience is a nice to have
