We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive our payment solutions as DEUNA grows across new and existing markets. You'll work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Implementation Management to support the development and launch of payment features and capabilities, and track the metrics that measure their impact.
Who You Are- You have 3+ years of experience in product management, or related areas;
- You have familiarity with the payments ecosystem — authorization, capture, refund, and card features as network tokens, 3D-Secure.
- You know how to define, track, and interpret key payments metrics using data to guide decisions and prioritization.
- You're able to translate business requirements into detailed specifications that Engineering can execute against.
- You're comfortable using product management and roadmap tools (Jira, Notion) and have experience writing PRDs/technical specs.
- You're comfortable working with data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting your message depending on who you're talking to.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing focus.
Support the execution of product strategy for payment solutions, aligned with business goals. Help build and maintain the product roadmap, contributing input on feature prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management teams to support successful product development and launches. Help define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities to improve payment solutions. Support communication of product value and capabilities to a diverse set of stakeholders.
