You will be the definitive bridge between market strategy and engineering execution. This is not a role for a passive administrator; it is for a proactive driver who earns the respect of their peers through deep context, relentless urgency, and the ability to deliver working software concepts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Unified Product Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle from customer discovery to sprint delivery. You are responsible for requirement writing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning, ensuring the team always works on the highest-value tasks. Decision making skills are a must have and you must be ok making decisions without complete information.

  • The Vibe Coding Evolution: Move beyond traditional wire-framing. You will leverage modern AI and prototyping tools to hand off working software concepts to Engineering, allowing them to focus on enterprise-grade implementation rather than deciphering static requirements. Experience with Claude Code is preferred.

  • High-Urgency Delivery: Operate with a "get the job done" mentality. You are expected to meet internal SLAs with speed, reducing meeting bloat by providing clear, actionable direction that allows Engineering to build immediately. Must be incredibly available to teams across the organization. Top tier communication skills are a must have.

  • Strategic Execution: Lead the Web Client initiative to achieve wide market adoption. You will also partner with Engineering to oversee the plan for architectural upscaling, ensuring the product is built for the future.

  • Systems Hygiene: Maintain a pristine Jira environment. You ensure that the source of truth for our R&D team is accurate, up-to-date, and free of technical debt in the backlog.

Key Attributes for Success

  • Radical Proactivity: You don’t wait for information to be handed to you. You actively build trusting relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Ops, R&D, Support, and Services.

  • Extreme Context Awareness: You must know where every project stands at all times. You understand the market's pulse and the company's strategic direction as well as the developers do.

  • Compressed Timelines: You are comfortable with the industry shift from months to weeks. You value design and UX as iterative adjustments on functional prototypes rather than up-front bottlenecks.

  • Efficiency Obsession: You proactively find ways to reduce unnecessary meetings and documentation in favor of direct communication and rapid delivery.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to get things done on time, under pressure, and lead a team by influence

  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI to streamline Product responsibilities and team workflows. Experience with Claude strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership

  • Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously

  • MSFT MVP and DBA experience preferred

  • JAMS experience would be a huge plus!
