About the Job
The Product Manager will focus on understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve. You
will own all aspects of providing compelling, market-based solutions. You are not a stranger to
innovation and possess skills needed to translate market needs into value. You will have the opportunity to reimagine the customer experience, business processes, and build new product offerings.
As a key leader in the company, you will work closely with all functional leaders to contribute to
ManageAmerica’s growth.
Essential Functions
- Being a product champion by researching market trends, competition, customer adoption and
usage
- Evaluating opportunities and build a business case for investing to determine what gets built
and delivered to the market
- Being knowledgeable of customers and users pain points, constraints and business processes
- Partnering with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering to define a product
roadmap(s)
- Driving prioritizing features, releases, and roadmap
- Authoring and prioritizing requirements, use cases, and user stories, and working closely with
engineering during execution sprints to ensure the product is built as envisioned
- Working closely with UX designers to define the interaction experience for end-users where
applicable
- Educating and training internal stakeholders on the product
- Communicating product roadmap and trade-off changes to internal stakeholders and customers
- Partnering with outbound marketing to communicate changes to customers and developing
market position and Sales enablement materials
- Defining KPI metrics by which the product’s value will be measured
Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions
- Experience with software solutions that support business operations, process automation,
seamless third-party integrations and KPI analytics
- Demonstrated skills in listening and engaging on ideas with customers and internal stakeholders,
and confidence in sales-related conversations.
- Superior communication skills, presentation skills, leadership presence, and the ability to
communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong appetite for emerging technology and risk
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
- Highly self-motivated with an appetite for an environment that is evolving rapidly
- Strong ability to understand complex solutions, technology, and business principles
- Strong ability to collaborate in a UX design process
- Superior ability to evaluate, prioritize, and communicate requirements and feature roadmaps
- Demonstrated understanding of product lifecycle management, whole product strategies, and
go-to-market strategies
- Strong project management skills and self-discipline for leading teams to execute with high
quality
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with remote work technologies, such as video conferencing platforms, project
management software, and remote collaboration tools.
Required Education, Experience, and Certification
- Five+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with enterprise B2B platform
technologies.
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Education, Experience, and Certification
- Experience working the property management software industry
- Master’s in Business Administration
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment and technology such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripheral devices.
