Location: Chicago, IL – In-Person (3/days week)
Reports to: Growth Marketing Director

Owns product marketing for tastytrade's core, established trading lines for futures and options. Paired one-to-one with the Product Manager (PM) for each trading instrument as the single point of contact for go-to-market and comms on these lines. What You'll Do

  • Partner with your tagged PM on a rolling feature-release calendar and go-to-market plan for each (in-app, email/push, help content)
  • Target underused, high-value features to move attach rate and adoption metrics
  • Segment the active base to prioritize campaigns with the highest impact
  • Report adoption KPIs regularly; use data to prioritize the next push
  • Own messaging/positioning for futures and options as a single source of truth for Sales, Support, and Content

What You'll Need

  • Proven record moving adoption/attach-rate metrics
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Product
  • Data-fluent; excellent written communication
  • Deep familiarity with derivatives (options/futures) trading behavior strongly preferred

Discretionary Performance Bonus: 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000
