The summary above was generated by AI

At JetBrains, we create tools that help developers do their best work. We integrate AI directly into our IDEs to support developers across their workflow – from writing and understanding code to exploring ideas, automating tasks, and working with external agents.

As the JetBrains AI Ecosystem continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our AI Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring product updates, launches, and campaigns to market, making sure our messaging is clear, credible, and relevant to developers. You’ll work closely with another experienced PMM and the team lead to turn a fast-moving roadmap into stories and programs that help our message travel further.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys turning complex product updates into strong launch plans, working across teams, and helping build repeatable go-to-market motions in a fast-moving space.

What you will do:
  • Lead go-to-market planning for selected JetBrains AI Ecosystem launches, updates, and adoption initiatives.
  • Turn product changes, feature releases, and model-related updates into clear messaging and effective launch plans.
  • Own and maintain launch timelines, briefs, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop messaging and supporting assets for key channels, including web, blog posts, newsletters, life cycle programs, social content, and internal enablement materials.
  • Partner with Product, Research, Developer Advocacy, and Marketing teams to bring launches to market smoothly.
  • Help scale launches beyond core release moments through campaigns, follow-up programs, and amplification across channels.
  • Collect and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to improve positioning and campaign quality.
  • Track launch and campaign performance, share knowledge, and help improve how the team works over time.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
  • Have experience in product marketing, GTM marketing, or a similar role in B2B SaaS, developer tools, AI products, or other technical software.
  • Can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Are confident leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several workstreams at once.
  • Have a good sense for what makes technical marketing credible and useful for developers.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing environment where products and priorities evolve quickly.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
  • Have experience marketing AI-powered products or developer tools.
  • Have worked on launches with frequent product updates or fast release cycles.
  • Have a strong feel for campaign planning and multi-channel execution.
  • Have experience working closely with technical teams or developer audiences.
  • Are already familiar with JetBrains products or the software development space.
Why join JetBrains?
  • Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
  • Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
  • Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
  • Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
  • Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
  • Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
  • Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
  • Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
  • Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
  • Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
  • Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
  • Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

*Some benefits may vary depending on location.
