Role & Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager at SOCKET you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across all product work streams including: defining positioning, messaging, and creative, by analyzing market trends, target audiences, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design and leadership to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, brainstorming, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting.
  • Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulates the product's value proposition and differentiates it from competitors.
  • Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets including videos, static assets, social posts, blog posts, to educate and engage users
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
You’ll thrive If you
  • Have 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer
  • Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions of users
  • Have excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
  • Have an understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
  • Enjoy creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content
  • Are passionate about web3 and crypto. Ideally use dApps (ex. DeFi, NFT marketplaces) on a semi-regular basis.
  • Data-driven, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions
  • Are curious, low ego, and always looking to improve. You’re open to feedback and collaborating with others to get to the best approach.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage multi-functional stakeholders
