Who We Are at Our Core

At Ecotrak, we truly care about making life easier for the people who keep facilities running. That’s why, through our SaaS product, we’re changing the way repair & maintenance is done with automated equipment tracking, proactive insights, and streamlined warranty execution.

We believe in building strong relationships and getting things done right with our customers, facilities leaders, service providers, and everyone dedicated to keeping operations smooth and steady.

As we say around here, we care for the people using our technology just as much as we care about making it. If you’re ready to join a crew of hard-working, down-to-earth people rapidly changing an industry for the better, you’ll fit right in.

This role is open to both remote and hybrid candidates. If you’re located near our Irvine, CA headquarters, we’d especially love to have you join us in a hybrid setting and be part of the energy and collaboration of our in-office team.

Your Role in Keeping Things Running

As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between our product and the market—translating what we build into compelling stories that drive adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll own the full product marketing lifecycle: from crafting release notes and launch plans to producing creative assets, videos, and campaign materials that hit every channel. This is a hands-on, execution-first role where your work will be seen, felt, and measured. You’ll partner directly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every feature we ship lands with clarity, impact, and momentum.

What You’ll Get Done

Own Product Launches and Release Notes Communications

•       Own and publish Release Notes for every product and feature launch, ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams are informed clearly and on time.

•       Coordinate with Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features and product updates from strategy through execution.

•       Coordinate with Product and Engineering to maintain a marketing-ready view of the product roadmap.

•       Ensure consistent messaging across every launch touchpoint: in-app, email, website, sales materials, and social.

Lead Marketing Campaigns from Idea to Impact

•       Plan, lead, and EXECUTE multi-channel marketing campaigns tied to product and feature releases.

•       Manage campaign calendars and ensure on-time delivery across email, social, paid, and content channels.

•       Partner with the broader marketing team to align messaging across inbound and outbound efforts.

•       Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve with each launch.

Create Content & Marketing Materials

•       Produce high-quality marketing collateral including product one-pagers, flyers, sell sheets, case study templates, and presentation decks.

•       Script, produce, and edit product videos—including feature demos, explainer videos, and customer-facing content.

•       Own and update product-related website pages to reflect the latest messaging, features, and positioning.

•       Build and maintain a library of reusable sales enablement and marketing assets.

•       Partner with integration partners and ENTOUCH team (sister company) to develop and execute marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment and consistency across organizations.

Shape Positioning & Messaging

•       Develop and maintain clear, differentiated product messaging for each targeted industry that resonates with buyer personas - facilities managers, multi-location operators, and service providers.

•       Conduct customer and market research to inform positioning, personas, and value propositions.

•       Partner with Sales to arm the team with competitive insights, battlecards, and objection-handling tools.

•       Collaborate with Customer Success to surface customer stories and turn them into compelling proof points.

•       Collaborate closely with agency partners to develop high-quality materials, while also taking initiative to create compelling copy and assets independently when needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Crew

•       4+ years of product marketing experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment.

•       Proven track record owning product launches end-to-end, from GTM strategy to execution.

•       Hands-on experience creating marketing materials including flyers, one-pagers, decks, video scripts, and web copy.

•       Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complex product capabilities into clear, compelling language.

•       Experience managing release notes, product communications, and customer-facing documentation.

•       Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation), design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar), and video editing software.

•       Analytical mindset—comfortable using data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform decisions.

•       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

•       Leverage AI tools and best practices to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and drive more effective, data-informed marketing outcomes.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every launch, campaign, and piece of content reflects who Ecotrak is and what we stand for. You’ll be a key cross-functional collaborator across the company.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

•       Competitive base salary: $100k–$120k, commensurate with experience

•       Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, HSA and FSA

•       401(k) with 4% match

•       Unlimited PTO and paid holidays

•       Company swag & team-building events

•       Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly scaling company
