As a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Audience Engagement team in a temp position, you will work closely with our clients and with other team members to ensure consistent delivery and execution of team initiatives and priorities. You’ll help clients make an impact on their organizations and in their target markets. You’ll also develop high-quality deliverables, leveraging your communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a project plan that outlines project deliverables, milestones, relevant stakeholders and SMEs, and meeting cadence and communications vehicles
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize operational frameworks, calendars, workback plans, and documentation for business workstreams and initiatives
  • Draft, iterate, and finalize written content and graphics for project deliverables
  • Facilitate meeting cadence with relevant teams and stakeholders (both internal and external); create agendas and lead meetings (data collections and outline/content/graphics reviews), capture meeting decisions, actions and open items
  • Oversee action item tracking and resolution mechanisms to ensure timely progress on business priorities and campaign milestones
  • Develop executive-ready presentations to support customer storytelling
  • Maintain and organize digital repositories (Teams/SharePoint, OneNote) for business assets, process documentation, and meeting materials

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing OR related degree
  • Preference for client facing professional services experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity and AI tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)
  • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of Industry marketing experience
  • Familiarity with B2B technology marketing
  • Presentation building skills in PPT
  • Experience working in a consulting capacity at Microsoft or direct Microsoft experience

The base compensation range for this position is between $60 - $80 an hour. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
