What You Will Do:
- Serve as Technical Team Lead of designers, developers, and support resources, ensuring support and customer demand needs are met
- Responsible for platform strategic planning and roadmap development
- Develop new integration patterns when required, with guidance and approval from Enterprise Architecture
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Lead to understand platform usage, infrastructure capacity, and recommend future capacity needs to leadership
- Provide guidance and best practices to the enterprise developer community
- Meet with vendor on a regular cadence to discuss issues, enhancements needed, or new features released
What You Have:
- Computer science educational background and 3+ years of experience as an IT Team Lead or related position
- Demonstrated experience guiding data engineers and support teams in a global environment
- Capability to translate business goals into scalable, reliable enterprise data integration strategies
- Demonstrated exposure to and experience with Qlik Replicate
- Strong communication skills to partner with DBAs, security teams, architects, and business stakeholders
