• Leading planning sessions with assigned crews, and providing ongoing oversight through standups, reviews, and demonstrations
• Operating within a highly technical stakeholder environment, where focus is placed on test data capabilities rather than customer-facing functionality; stakeholders primarily consist of technical teams and delivery crews
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in:
• Proven experience serving as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with accountability for product vision, roadmap development, and backlog ownership within an enterprise environment
• Experience within Agile delivery frameworks and practices

• Ability to effectively manage and set expectations with technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with database systems and data environments
• Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize competing initiatives and stakeholder demands
• Experience developing forward-looking roadmaps spanning multiple quarters, with the ability to translate near-term priorities into actionable quarterly plans
