  • Establish KPIs and success metrics related to customer engagement, conversion, deliverability, revenue growth, and platform adoption
  • Support experimentation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and continuous optimization
  • Promote consistent product practices, operating processes, and ways of working across marketing and technology teams
  • Lead and develop a small product team while remaining actively involved in strategy, requirements, and execution
  • Ensure marketing technology solutions support data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring

    • Ability to influence and create alignment across multiple teams with different priorities and business needs
    • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to prioritize opportunities and evaluate outcomes
    • A hands-on and collaborative leadership style, with the willingness to work through details rather than relying on a large support team.
    • Comfort operating in a transformation environment where processes, platforms, and ways of working are still being built
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
    • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools into product management, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
    • Preferred Experience

      • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
      • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, customer data platforms, or similar customer data and segmentation technologies
      • Experience leading a large-scale MarTech implementation, migration, or transformation across multiple brands or business units
      • Experience with Oracle Eloqua or another enterprise marketing automation platform
      • Experience supporting both B2C and B2B2C business models
      • Familiarity with CRM integrations, data warehouses, lead management, lead scoring, and marketing data governance
      • Experience with AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, decisioning systems, or intelligent automation
      • Previous people leadership or experience managing a small team of product professionals
      • Experience within a subscription, e-commerce, professional education, or multi-brand organization
