As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint, near an office location.
PNC Treasury Management is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the strategy, development, and evolution of our Receivables platform and associated receivables solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology partners, and Agile development teams to deliver innovative receivables capabilities that help clients streamline payment processing, automate cash application, and improve working capital outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in Treasury Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline, along with hands-on experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Experience with receivables products such as Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, ERP integrations, or related Treasury Management solutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Product Owner for one or more Receivables product initiatives.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Partner closely with technology teams, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the development and execution of the Receivables product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, client feedback, and strategic priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Treasury Management receivables products, including:
o Lockbox
o Integrated Receivables
o Cash Application
o Electronic Receivables
o ACH, Wire and Instant Payments Payments
o Payment Matching and Reconciliation
o ERP Integrations
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working with commercial banking clients.
• Familiarity with digital user experiences, ERP connectivity, API-based integrations, or digital treasury platforms.
• Experience supporting product modernization, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives.

  • Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,600.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
