Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to play a key role in developing and improving our ZoneBilling product. In this cross-functional role, you'll work with product, development, and services teams to translate customer needs into scalable features. This role requires a skilled, self-motivated, and flexible candidate who is a quick learner with exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams. The Product Analyst will be responsible for translating clients' NetSuite requirements into actionable product feature requests, creating robust documentation, and becoming a subject matter expert on ZoneBilling.

Product Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to formulate and document functional requirements for product enhancements.
  • Work with Professional Services and customers to scope, document, and help solve technical and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and evaluate new feature requests.
  • Communicate regularly with Development teams to track progress and flag blockers.
  • Project manage complex initiatives and assist with backlog refinement.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions with Product and Development team members.
  • Serve as the ZoneBilling subject matter expert for all billing-related matters.
  • Create detailed documentation, including user and admin guides, functional diagrams, and internal technical knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • NetSuite experience, ideally with operational involvement in Order-to-Cash and Finance processes.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar functional role, with a proven track record of scoping and analyzing large bodies of work.
  • Expertise in ERP and CRM systems—functional and/or technical experience with cloud-based ERPs, CRMs, and related platforms.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including story grooming, sizing, and other preparatory activities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
  • Experience working directly with development teams.
  • Basic understanding of software APIs.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated; able to take initiative and work independently, while knowing when to ask for help.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to “manage up.”

Would-be-awesome-but-not-required:

  • FinTech experience with banking and payment applications
  • Project management experience
  • Enterprise software implementation experience
  • Basic knowledge of SuiteScript or javascript
  • Ul or UX design experience
