We are seeking a Product Owner to drive day-to-day execution of our Kiosk product. This role partners closely with the Product Manager to translate business strategy into well-defined, deliverable product increments. You will own the backlog, work together with engineering and design, and ensure our kiosk products ship on time and meet quality, compliance, and operational standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys working with technical and cross-functional teams, and is excited by physical-digital products in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for kiosk-related initiatives.

  • Translate PRDs into well-structured epics, user stories, and tasks, with clear requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing.

  • Own and manage the product backlog for kiosk-related features, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.

  • Serve as the primary point of clarification for engineering teams throughout development and drive end-to-end software delivery.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance, business, customer support, and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and schedule releases and create and maintain accurate release notes.

  • Communicate release scope, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

  • Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery milestones.

  • Collaborate with product managers across other product lines to support cross-product feature development and alignment.

  • Support production rollouts, incident reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role

  • Strong experience working with agile / Scrum teams and managing product backlogs

  • Ability to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Experience working with engineering teams on complex, technical systems

  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

  • Strong execution mindset and follow-through.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.   

  • Passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency. 

Annual Compensation Range: $88,000-$125,000 USD
