Job Description
The Product Owner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑impact product initiatives at Ensora Health. This role leads complex backlog management efforts, partners closely with stakeholders to define product direction, and ensures delivery teams are focused on the highest‑value outcomes. As an individual contributor, this role will help advance product strategy in support of business goals and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead requirements definition and backlog prioritization for complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and feature sets.
Guide scrum teams through development cycles by providing clear priorities and well‑defined user stories.
Evaluate product performance and delivery outcomes, recommending improvements to product strategy and execution.
Align product initiatives with organizational objectives and evolving customer needs.
Support leadership in defining KPIs and success metrics to measure product delivery and business value.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery roles.
Demonstrated expertise in backlog management and agile product development practices.
4+ years of experience partnering with stakeholders on product strategy and prioritization.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to support the growth of peers.
Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.
